Fall Leaves

We keep our diffuser running constantly during the day. In our old house, we had diffusers in multiple rooms, but here in our trailer, we typically keep one running that fills up the space. We sometimes add a second one in the kids’ room as needed.

In Fall, I love diffusing citrus oils and warm, spicey oils that make the air feel crisp and cozy. But, the biggest benefits aren’t simply making the air smell good. (Although they do that incredibly well without the toxic chemicals found in most air fresheners and candles.) Diffusing essential oils helps purify the air, keep seasonal threats away, promote an uplifting environment, and encourage mental clarity. Great things all around for darker, colder days for everyone in the home.
